Nic. J. Theocarakis S.A. has always been there for its employees, with support and care, since its foundation.
The company has invested in their training, attended to their problems, as well as, organised activities to enhance their team-spirit. For example, the “Treasure Hunt” (here, center photo from the 23rd event held in 2017 in Syros), has become a tradition for Nic. J. Theocarakis S.A., and aims to entertain and to strengthen the bonds between employees, with the participation of their families.
