Nissan Sporteam A Matter of Passion
In 2003, Micra K11 was succeeded in the Nissan Micra Challenge Cup by Micra K12. That year Nic. J. Theocarakis S.A., in collaboration with the Association of Car Race Drivers, organised the Single Type Championship. The new Micra was presented in the market nearly simultaneously with its participation in races. Nic. J. Theocarakis S.A. transferred the technical expertise it acquired from participating in car races to the production cars, like the Micra Challenge version (lower left).
