With our eyes
set on the future
The decade 1961-1970 was a defining period for the establishment
of the automotive industry in Greece, and particularly during an era where consumer habits were changing,
transport needs were increasing and the purchase of a car
was no longer for the privileged few. Precisely at the onset of this decade, the visionary Nicholaos J. Theocarakis undertook the Datsun representation in our country.
He correctly predicted that there was a great future ahead. Nissan’s 60th anniversary in Greece
is his vindication.
